Unless a proposal states otherwise, one-time work is billed 50% when the engagement begins and 50% on delivery. Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance.
Changes to agreed scope may affect cost and timing and will be confirmed before additional work begins. Ongoing services may be cancelled in accordance with the term stated in the relevant proposal.
The client is responsible for providing lawful access to the systems and material required for delivery. Ownership and licence terms for work produced are stated in the proposal; client business data remains the client's property.
