What it is
A build that tracks each job through its stages, from accepted quote to invoice sent. Checklists for the work, photos and sign-off captured on site from a phone, and one screen showing where every job is right now.
Jobs rarely fail in the middle. They fail at the handovers: the quote that was accepted and never scheduled, the job that was finished and never invoiced, the variation that was agreed on site and never written down. Stages with an owner at each one are what close those gaps, because the next step always belongs to somebody.
Capturing the work on site is the other half. Photos, checklists and a signature taken at the time turn into the evidence for the invoice, the answer to a dispute, and the record for a warranty claim two years later. It costs the crew a minute and it settles arguments that otherwise cost a day.
