SevenLens uses business information to provide the work you request. It is not treated as a product.
SevenLens may collect your name, email, phone number and business details when you make contact, book a call or engage our services. Figures entered into the opportunity calculator remain in your browser unless you choose to include them in a booking link.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver agreed work, issue invoices and provide service reporting. SevenLens does not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Delivering automation may require access to business tools such as email, phone, CRM or booking systems. Access is limited to what is required for the agreed work and is removed when it is no longer needed.
Standard providers may be used for hosting, email, scheduling, invoicing and payment processing. Card details are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by SevenLens.
Contact and billing records are retained where required for legal and accounting purposes. You may ask what information is held, request a correction or request deletion by emailing stuart@sevenlens.co.
