Free plan

A plan for your business, before you spend anything.

The plan is worth having on its own. It reads your site, takes your own numbers and says what I would do first. You decide afterwards whether any of it is worth paying for.

What is in it

Six things, none of them a sales pitch.

  1. 01

Your site, as Google sees it

The real score Google gives your site on a phone, and the things costing you the most, written in plain words rather than developer jargon.

  2. 02

Whether an assistant can read you

People ask ChatGPT and Google who to call. An assistant can only name a business it can read about. I check whether yours can be read, and say what is missing.

  3. 03

What I would do first, second and third

For each area you pick, the order I would work in, and why that order and not another one. First moves are the cheap ones that pay for the rest.

  4. 04

What it is costing you now

Your own numbers turned into money: what late replies cost you in a year, what the admin hours cost, and how many of those hours a system could hand back.

  5. 05

    A hire, or a system

What one administrator really costs once leave, KiwiSaver, sick days, recruitment, training and management time are counted, over one year and over three.

  6. 06

    The first ninety days

Month by month, what would be built and what would be running by the end of it. No figure until you ask for a quote.

Right now

The form that builds this is being finished.

Until it is live I do it with you on a call instead, which takes about twenty minutes and gets you the same thing. Bring your website address and a rough idea of your enquiries a month. Nothing to prepare beyond that, and no obligation at the end of it.

Or look through every service and what it fixes while you decide.
